We offer a diverse range of casual classes designed to suit all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner eager to explore the fundamentals or an experienced dancer looking to refine your technique, our studio offers an array of dynamic classes led by experienced instructors.
POLE TRICKS
Our Pole Tricks beginner classes are designed to give you an introduction to pole dancing. We teach you the basic techniques and show you how much fun it can be!
DESIRE/EXO
Desire/Exo is a combination of Desire and Exotic – all the same features of our Desire class but more sexy and added flavour. This class can include basic pole.
TIPS & TRICKS
Tips & Tricks will teach you performance techniques from experienced instructors. If you’ve ever been interested or want to learn some tips on how to feel sexy, then this is the class for you!
EXOTIC
Exotic will teach you to dance with seductive edge; learn to combine smooth flow with dynamic lines, and how to utilise your body to create clean and sensual movement. Build stamina and coordination to take control of your body while learning what works for you, gaining the confidence and knowledge to shape your own freestyle while letting loose in this casual dance class.
RISQUÉ
Risqué is a class where we explore all movements and styles of dance from exotic, commercial heels and contemporary styles. This class allows students from beginner to experienced dancers to explore movement and self expression whilst building body confidence.
FLEXIBILITY
Relax into a session of deep stretches to help improve your flexibility. Long, slow, deep stretching exercises inspired by yoga and sport-specific movements will enhance your performance and reduce the risk of injuries.
DESIRE
Desire helps you get in touch with your inner femininity while also being light-hearted and fun. Desire is mostly heel-friendly classes (just your normal heels, no pleasers), but will sometimes be more “booty”based and will require sneakers – but they will always let you know beforehand if this is the case.
CONTEMPORARY
Contemporary dance is a style that combines elements of ballet, jazz and modern dance. It’s expressive, fluid and often tells a story. Dancers use their bodies to interpret the music and convey emotions.
