The instructors are amazing and always expect the best you can do so you can improve very fast. When first joining Evolve, Ii started with one pole class a week. It is so addictive I am here nearly everyday now and also do aerial silks as well as pole. My two daughters are now also addicted to their teen silks class and love coming.
