So you have a little bit (or a lot!) of pole or aerials experience, but prefer to attend on a casual basis? Come along and try our scheduled and pop-up casual class. Suited to any level of experience, our casual classes are a whole lot of fun. Learn some new tricks or perfect some old ones.
Struggle with maintaining the flow between poses and tricks? Freestyle takes you through limitless motion, learning to link tricks together through dance, movements and shapes. This class is suited to all levels.
Our experienced choreographers take you through a new dance routine each week that is set to challenge your skills and increase your cardio.
This class is suitable for a dance newbie to the most experienced dancer.
Fix My Tricks
Fix MyTricks is a class designed for your own personal pole journey. Work on tricks you have just learned, practice some old tricks, or simply perfect your technique. We will help you reach your goals! This class is suited to all levels, however we recommend that you have completed at leasr one term prior to starting the class.
Our Flexibility class will help you with your flexibility goals.
Work on back, shoulder and leg flexibility, to nail those pole and aerial tricks!
This class is suited to all levels.
Bootcamp is a varied exercise program focusing on different muscle groups each week.
Men, women, children are all welcome to Bootcamp, but be prepared to work! This class is suited to all levels.
This is an excellent additional class to complement any of our courses. You will work on increasing your strength and stamina to really help you excel.
All equipment is provided, aswell as some pole based exercises.
This class is suited to anyone who wants to kick start their fitness journey.
